Kathmandu-The most anticipated domestic cricket tournament-Ncell Nepal Premier League(NPL) is set to get moving from 10th May. “The program of Ncell NPL will commence on 10th May after Nepali Team returns from ACC Premier League”, reads press release about the issue. The national Cricket team will participate in ACC Premier League in Malaysia which starts on 30th April
The release issued after board meeting of “Contract Modifying Committee”‘s meeting today, lists 5 points regarding NPL that will be forwarded to Cricket Association of Nepal.
1. CAN to be the organizer of NPL.
2. CAN and Zohora Sports Management to jointly look after management of the event.
3. A governing council to be formed to run the event.
4.The tournament will be run standing on the guidelines and criteria set by the governing council.
